Last updated: 15 October 2026

TextGenetic AI Inc. ("TextGenetic", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through textgenetic.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. Information we collect

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add privacy-friendly site analytics in future, this policy will be updated to say so.

2. How we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact-form submissions for marketing unless you ask us to keep in touch.

3. Service providers

Contact-form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, which processes the submission on our behalf and retains a copy for a limited period under its own privacy policy. The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages and our email is provided by Zoho. These providers may store data outside Canada; we choose providers with appropriate security practices.

4. Retention

We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete them.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@textgenetic.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

6. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to respond to you.

7. Children

The Site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
